K and I had a great time watching the girls. Always a blessing.

We took the to eat lunch and then over to the park at Stone Mountain. <\/p>\n

Afterwards, we took them to Lawrenceville to meet up with Ashley and Miles after their date time and horse riding. They had a fun time, too!<\/p>\n

Did some research on doctors for Kathy, Jesse and me.

\nWe have new insurance from last year after Blue Cross\/Blue Shield stopped offering services to us. Our other issue is that our Dr. Pat is planning on retiring this month. I needed to figure out what the best course of action will be for us.<\/p>\n

I got some new lights for my bike. As Fall approaches, I don’t want to be caught riding in the dark without being visible. It sneaks up on me sometimes.

Went for a 16.81 mile bike ride. Felt great.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Always something beautiful to see.

\nThe clouds continue to be spectacular. Interesting shape at the edge of this one.

Cleaned and refilled my hummingbird feeders.

\nI have a solid system now. Takes me less than ten minutes.<\/p>\n
