I woke up this morning and saw a message from my buddy Anthony. He included a song for me to listen to. Hauntingly beautiful.

I watched a couple of Wired videos of artists that I found absolutely amazing.
\n\"\"
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

I contacted my buddies at Aztec Bike to make sure that they were working on my bicycle, which they were. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Did my brain training and studied Spanish this morning.
\n\"\"
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Had a good time with the grand girls. They\u2019re so much fun.
\n\"\"
\nHot today at the park.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

I deposited money into the bank. Our ministry is at a financially real low point right now which definitely affected my mood.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

After I dropped off a squirrel, I went out to Stone Mountain to record an episode of Verbal Surgery. It\u2019s perhaps the darkest edition I\u2019ve ever released. But it\u2019s a good view into what I\u2019m going through right now. It definitely helped me feel better. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I rode my bike 13.32 miles today. I got a late start and didn\u2019t want to get caught out in the dark so I didn\u2019t finish my whole 15 miles plus. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Went through all of my poetry on the bike. That always helps me feel better, too. I have all the poems I know written on four notecards. Makes sure I don’t forget one of them.<\/p>\n

Beautiful clouds today. <\/p>\n

I released the episode of Verbal Surgery that I recorded this afternoon called Verbal Surgery -776- \u201cDeath Test.\u201d<\/a> It\u2019s dark, but it\u2019s a good view inside what I\u2019m going through right now. <\/p>\n

Enjoyed seeing my raccoon this evening.
