I never did get a text or email confirmation about my order.  I tried calling them.  Finally, I was able to get through to a human who told me that my order was indeed ready but that they had had a lot of problems with their system.<\/p>\n<p>Picked up the mail.  Processed the checks.  Deposited into Bank of America.
