A friend of mine who’s a sailor made a reference to this. I learned some things.

Great talk with my buddy Anthony who just completed his sailor’s course. That took a lot of work!

I had a weird diet today. Coffee\/hot chocolate, Kachava banana smoothie, and Oreo ice cream cake with bananas and peanuts. So good. So good for me? Nah.<\/p>\n

Let my carnivorous plants get some much needed sunlight.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Blew the garage, driveway and deck.
\n\"\"
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Beauty day.

Vacuumed the house.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

After I use the machine, I take it completely apart and spray it clean with my water hose set to “jet.” Then sun dry.

Cleaned and refilled the birdbaths.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Raked and swept my outside carpet.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Cleaned out the St. Francis shrine.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Cleaned the glass doors.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

I’ve enjoyed playing Far Cry Primal. The graphics are so beautiful. I ride a saber tooth tiger in the game.

Released a new episode of Verbal Surgery called, “Navigation Station.” <\/a> <\/p>\n
