This little maracas seems like the best thing to rub my back with where the muscles are damaged.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Ks-Birthday-Back-Nana-Rest-42522\/i-mZxVQQP\/0\/4506f3fd\/L\/IMG_4992%202-L.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>While I was cleaning out my gorilla cart yesterday, I noticed where some of the plastic coating had come loose. I cleaned the area and shot it with WD40 to try and keep it from rusting.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Ks-Birthday-Back-Nana-Rest-42522\/i-TqN3m3p\/0\/7ff6ac93\/M\/IMG_5446-M.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jesse and I talked with my Mom for nearly three hours. Got the heating pad out as well.  Should be better tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoying playing Horizon Forbidden West.
