I wet it down completely, then sprayed the spots with PineSol and then scrubbed. Not a surprise.  Went to Lowes to take it back. Got a new one. It was so crazy talk that I found him later, told him I was impressed by his restraint and wanted to send a note to corporate.  He told me how to do it, which I did.
