I drink a lot of water while I&#8217;m walking as well as taking an electrolyte chewable tablet. He helps me on Thursdays.  At least he has a couple of times. It was good. I still have to go inside to get bananas because the stupid app is messed up.  <\/p>\n<p>I checked the &#8220;recycle&#8221; bin to see what was in it.
