It was good.<\/p>\n<p>Since it was wet it made sense to have a rest day.  I&#8217;ve had a bit of a cold, which I think is what caused my eye problem, which is pretty much fine now. I sent this picture to my health insurance guy. I&#8217;ve really been pushing myself hard physically the last few months to prepare for the Guatemala trip. Especially since I&#8217;ve been a bit sick.  Not bad.
