I’ve been working on giving this plant some love. It was severely under-watered with not much light. I cut all the dead growth back and have been watering it thoroughly. The soil just drains the water straIght out. Then swept up the mess from the trimming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mileage rate went up .03 per mile. It’s now .70\/mile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
