Mondays mean PODCASTS to me!<\/p>\n

For over a year now, I’ve tried to record a couple of 20 minute podcasts every week. These are based on my Twitter updates. FYI, I have nearly 80,000 followers.<\/p>\n

I am closely approaching 10,000 downloads of my material. Today I posted episodes 77 & 78.<\/p>\n

I’m not sure if you even know what a podcast is. Basically, you click on the links below and hit PLAY. <\/p>\n

They are motivational, inspirational and get with the program, baby” kind of stuff.<\/p>\n

The first one this week is based on three of my favorite words: “Inspect, Detect, PROJECT!”<\/a><\/p>\n

And another common theme in Verbal Surgery, “Start NOW!”<\/a><\/p>\n

What better podcast to start on that that one?<\/p>\n

And just in case you’re wondering, I produce, edit and upload both podcasts in less than an hour.

It’s the kind of forced creativity that I thrive on!<\/p>\n

I took Kathy and Jesse out to eat lunch.

I had strawberry cheesecake that made my mouth feel like I’d gone to heaven. Beauty!

Jesse and I had a crazy time at Azalea today. Packed with kids. Everyone needing help right now!!
\n\"j\"<\/p>\n

Sure do love ’em. And my sweet ol’ son. <\/p>\n

Came home and watched “The Social Network” with Kathy today. I’ve been on Facebook for about a year or so now. A tremendous program. It’s been AWESOME to track down great friends. Facebook made that happen.<\/p>\n

This weekend I talked with my best friend from Junior High at Nairobi International School, Mark Wiley. Nearly 40 years have passed and I FINALLY got back in touch with him. Thanks to Facebook! <\/p>\n
