Worked on admin stuff today.<\/p>\n
I finished up my financial report for my treasurer.\u00a0 It was kind of a hassle because of having to use other people’s computers, but I got it done!<\/p>\n
Most of my time was spent setting up my new computer.\u00a0 I had really good insurance with my old computer from Best Buy.\u00a0 When I had the last problem with it (a fried motherboard because of the fire) they gave me a credit to get another one.\u00a0 So I’m typing on my new machine: a\u00a0 Sony Vaio.\u00a0 God is good!\u00a0 It’s a beautiful machine.\u00a0 I’m still getting it set up with the programs I need.\u00a0 It runs Vista so most of the software I had doesn’t work.\u00a0 Plus all the installation disks I had were destroyed in the fire.\u00a0 It’ll work out over time!<\/p>\n
I’m still kinda sick.\u00a0 I feel weak.\u00a0 This is the first time I’ve been sick in nearly 2 years!\u00a0 The fire and emotional turmoil must have weakened my immune system.<\/p>\n
It was a beautiful day.\u00a0 Wish I’d felt good enough to run.\u00a0 It’s what I call Nakuru weather.\u00a0 I was raised in equatorial Africa but at nearly 7,.000 feet! Spring time weather all year round.\u00a0 No winter, no summer.\u00a0 Perfecto!<\/p>\n
I talked with Jesse’s lawyer.\u00a0 He’s being put into the general housing units and out of the Mental Health unit. The lawyer assures me that he’s safe, but it’s still scary for me.\u00a0 LORD, put a shield of protection around my little boy.\u00a0 Keep him safe from evil men.\u00a0 AMEN.<\/p>\n
I know I’ve said it before, but I really appreciate your prayers and concern for my family!<\/p>\n
They’ve finished drying out the house so hopefully we’ll be able to start rebuilding soon.\u00a0 We get a final word on the insurance coverage on Wednesday.\u00a0 Please pray for that too.<\/p>\n
