Got up early and ran 4 miles.\u00a0 Beautiful weather, but cool!\u00a0 Glad to see the sun!<\/p>\n

Been working on email and office admin stuff.<\/p>\n

Headed over to Southern Trace in a few minutes to clear out the rest of our equipment from that apartment.\u00a0 They are selling the complex.\u00a0 Hopefully, we’ll be able to move back in after the transition.<\/p>\n

I also need to pick up some supplies for an outreach event we have with FBC Mountain Park tomorrow morning.<\/p>\n

Thursday, March 1, 2007<\/span><\/p>\n

I had my computer with me on the trip, so I was pretty much caught up with my correspondence but for some reason my cell phone didn’t receive a bunch of my calls while I was out of town.\u00a0 I had 18 voice mails to work through.<\/p>\n

Pretty much all good news to deal with.\u00a0 More teams heading our way during the Summer.\u00a0 PTL!<\/p>\n

Had a great talk with my mom this morning.\u00a0 She’s always such a blessing to me.\u00a0 My dad is doing well.\u00a0 Had a stress test to go through.\u00a0 We’re still waiting on the results for that.<\/p>\n

Did some work with the tag office in Gwinnett County.\u00a0 Sure do like working with them as opposed to DeKalb county!\u00a0 What a difference!<\/p>\n

Enjoyed going to eat Mexican food with Kathy!\u00a0\u00a0 It’s fun just to hang out and watch a movie together.\u00a0 I really missed that during all my travels.\u00a0 I’ve never been away from my wife for longer than 5 days in the last 21 years!\u00a0 I’ve really made a conscious decision to try not and be away too long.\u00a0 In February I was away for 19 days! That was tough!<\/p>\n


Wednesday, February 28, 2007<\/span><\/p>\n

BACK HOME!\u00a0 YEAH!<\/p>\n

We cruised into Atlanta right after lunch.\u00a0 I took a short nap and then Ashley and I went to New Providence Baptist Church where we spoke at their missions conference.<\/p>\n

We had the children.\u00a0 Ash did a good job and I helped fill out the time.\u00a0 The told us we had about 45 minutes.\u00a0 Two hours later the service was over.\u00a0 I’m not sure when the last time you had to keep a bunch of 4-7 year olds entertained, but it was a challenge, believe me.<\/p>\n

It was fun to share with them and I think it helped Ashley see how to work with little kids, too.<\/p>\n

Pooped.<\/p>\n

J and I started our long trip back to Atlanta today.<\/p>\n

We had an smooth and easy trip.\u00a0 We finally crashed out in Charlotte, NC after traveling just over 600 miles.\u00a0 We were on the road for over 12 hours.<\/p>\n
