Woke up to a fantastic fall morning! Clear and cool–AWESOME!

Jesse and I had a delicious lunch at one of my favorite places, Cafe Istanbul!
\n\"i\"

We had a fun day today at Fernbank! Some big ol’ dinosaurs! This one is Argentinosaurus.
\n\"d\"<\/p>\n

I always enjoy seeing the science exhibits and today was no exception.
\n\"d\"
\nThey had an interesting display of skeletons and plants that Darwin had collected on his journeys.
\n\"d\"<\/p>\n

I love these articulated skeletons.
\n\"s\"
\n\"b\"
\n\"h\"
\nI used to work with Gaboon Vipers like these in Nairobi.
\n\"g\"<\/p>\n

Did you know he was only 22 when he started his journey?
\n\"d\"
\nThis is a model of the HMS Beagle. He sailed on it for over 5 years.
\n\"g\"
\nHe loved carnivorous plants. Did you know I’ve kept Venus Flytraps since I was 8 years old?
\n\"vf\"<\/p>\n

This is a replica of what his study looked like.
\n\"s\"<\/p>\n

I’ve seen some of the Australiopithicene skulls when I used to work at the Nairobi Museum. Did you know I knew the Leakey family?
\n\"s\"<\/p>\n

I love bones and skulls.
\n\"b\"<\/p>\n

Some people are really angry with the Theory of Evolution. I figure God can use whatever tool HE wants to. He still made it happen!<\/p>\n

We topped off our afternoon with an IMAX showing of the Hubble telescope.

I thought the pictures were absolutely amazing.
