{"id":3304,"date":"2011-11-12T19:24:57","date_gmt":"2011-11-12T23:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.org\/blog\/?p=3304"},"modified":"2011-11-12T19:24:57","modified_gmt":"2011-11-12T23:24:57","slug":"mining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whirlwindmissions.org\/blog\/?p=3304","title":{"rendered":"Mining!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Full moon!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Amethyst-Mining\/i-vTGChLp\/0\/S\/IMG3714-S.jpg\" alt=\"m\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jesse and I had a fun day today!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Amethyst-Mining\/i-4NhppbK\/0\/S\/IMG3728-S.jpg\" alt=\"j\" \/><br \/>\nStarted out mighty cold!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Amethyst-Mining\/i-djT5nbR\/0\/S\/IMG3719-S.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><br \/>\nWe went to Rayle, GA to get a chance to hunt for amethyst!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Amethyst-Mining\/i-p4jWhDx\/0\/S\/IMG3720-S.jpg\" alt=\"a\" \/><br \/>\nMy buddy, Rodney has a back hoe and digs into a pit.  <\/p>\n<p>We then search through what he brings up!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Amethyst-Mining\/i-9J2LV8R\/0\/S\/IMG3722-S.jpg\" alt=\"j\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We did find some nice crystals, but mostly it was about the fun of being outside &#8220;digging in the dirt&#8221; as Jesse says!  True dat!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Amethyst-Mining\/i-C2sQpgC\/0\/S\/IMG3731-S.jpg\" alt=\"j\" \/><br \/>\nI&#8217;m really tired now.
