I enjoyed a quiet morning! Kathy is feeling better and went for a bike ride.

\nI took care of some admin duties including renewing our AAA membership. All our four cars have at least 100,000 miles on them. Pretty much a necessity for us.

\nHooked up my new UPS for my electronics.
\n\"u\"<\/p>\n

Had a delicious burger at Red Robin. My favorite!<\/p>\n

Then went to Clarkston to pick Kathy up on her bike and off to one of our favorite places: the Atlanta Zoo!

\n\"z\"
\nIt’s even better now since our son Miles (Ashley’s husband) works there. It’s cool to get “behind the scenes” info on the animals. Can you believe he got to feed the tiger cubs this morning? How cool is that?<\/p>\n

We always love to see the animals, even though it was a bit cold and started to drizzle.
\n\"v\"<\/p>\n

We enjoyed the special bird show.
\n\"c\"
\n\"o\"
\n\"k\"
\n\"m\"<\/p>\n

Big cats, baby!

The panda cub “Po” is only about three foot long.
\n\"p\"<\/p>\n

I liked the elephant wading.
\n\"e\"<\/p>\n

Meerkats are always fascinating.
\n\"m\"<\/p>\n

Clouded leopard skull. Groovy!
\n\"s\"
\nI like the animal wrapped around it better.
\n\"p\"<\/p>\n

Simba!

\nI love the Swahili signs. Makes me feel like I’m back home in Kenya.
\n\"a\"<\/p>\n

Part of the new carnivore exhibit features carnivorous plants. Did you know I’ve kept Venus Fly Traps since I was a little Tim?
\n\"v\"<\/p>\n

Miles harvests the bamboo that the animals eat.
\n\"e\"<\/p>\n

The Zoo is always improving! Soon we’ll be able to feed Giraffes! Haven’t done that for a long time!
\n\"g\"
\nWe renewed our membership.
\n\"z\"
\nThere are only two bills I don’t mind paying. Zoo memberships and library fines.<\/p>\n

I liked this cab design.
