Rest!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Had a needed rest day today!<\/p>\n<p>Went for a 2.25 mile run.  Normally that distance is no problem for me.  Today I ran around noon in the full sun.  Gotta say it was a lot more challenging.  Took a while to cool off afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>Ate pizza at Cicis for lunch.<\/p>\n<p>Went to Walmart to pick up some supplies.<\/p>\n<p>Came back home to take a nice siesta!<\/p>\n<p>I like my new hat.
