Got my bike out, flat tire. : (<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Stone-Mountain-Run-10512\/i-9Kxtxrv\/0\/M\/IMG4186-M.jpg\" alt=\"b\" \/><br \/>\nCalled my bike guys, they told me to bring it on over.  Got it fixed fast.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Stone-Mountain-Run-10512\/i-hzgz2q6\/0\/M\/IMG4187-M.jpg\" alt=\"b\" \/><br \/>\nJesse rode the first 5 miles with me.<\/p>\n<p>I kept going on to Stone Mountain to run in the Bird Sanctuary area.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Stone-Mountain-Run-10512\/i-3pKxmZw\/0\/M\/IMG4190-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Stone-Mountain-Run-10512\/i-xgTfCXS\/0\/M\/IMG4191-M.jpg\" alt=\"st\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Biked 7.17 miles.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Stone-Mountain-Run-10512\/i-zBPpTCw\/0\/M\/IMG4192-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><br \/>\nThen ran 4.43 miles. It tracks your route, how many calories your burn, the time you run and exactly how far you run.  Free!  Lot of fun to know the correct distance!<\/p>\n<p>I was pretty tired when I got home!<\/p>\n<p>Enjoyed a rest, then ate and watched some TV with K and J.  Also enjoyed playing some video games with Jesse.
