Run!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kathy, Jesse and I went to Clarkston International Bible Church this morning.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-4G6pzdb\/0\/M\/IMG4308-M.jpg\" alt=\"c\" \/><br \/>\n This is the program that Kathy works in.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-HxBdrQs\/0\/M\/IMG4307-M.jpg\" alt=\"mm\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pastor Phil spoke about the importance of Israel.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-dCmgmjh\/0\/M\/IMG4309-M.jpg\" alt=\"p\" \/><br \/>\nWe enjoyed Indian food at Kathmandu grill before coming home.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-VwM5k2L\/0\/M\/IMG4313-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><br \/>\nHad a nice rest, then went out for exercise.<\/p>\n<p>I biked 7.15 miles to Stone Mountain, then ran 4.12 miles at the Bird Sanctuary and to the lake, then rode 7.11 miles back home.  Took about 2.5 hours to do that.  Yow!  It&#8217;s beautiful out there!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-NJdCxCJ\/0\/M\/IMG4327-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><br \/>\nI thought this mushroom was huge!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-Ck7z8rv\/0\/M\/IMG4320-M.jpg\" alt=\"m\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I liked these leaves.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-rTscKd9\/0\/M\/IMG4323-M.jpg\" alt=\"l\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-LJ2X6Rw\/0\/M\/IMG4324-M.jpg\" alt=\"l\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Couldn&#8217;t believe an azalea was blooming!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/CIBC-10712\/i-zSWxcPN\/0\/M\/IMG4325-M.jpg\" alt=\"a\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Came home and trimmed the bushes in the yard and fixed a gate.  We need to keep Sugar penned up more.
