Jesse! Shopping!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Had a fun day exercising!<\/p>\n<p>Ran 6.38 miles, which is longer than I&#8217;ve run in years.  And felt GREAT!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Fall-Trees-101912\/i-ssjcX9V\/0\/M\/IMG4558-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I know that a lot of that is thanks to losing nearly 20 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoyed listening to the new Toby Mac album &#8220;Eye on It&#8221; while I ran.<\/p>\n<p>It was beautiful outside. Interesting how they spread out to cover the sky.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Fall-Trees-101912\/i-bwdvzJd\/0\/M\/IMG4559-M.jpg\" alt=\"c\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After running and cooling down, J and I went to eat lunch.  Always fun hanging out with him.<\/p>\n<p>Then we went to Walmart to get the grocery shopping done. I liked this kid&#8217;s toy.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Fall-Trees-101912\/i-zNGmkxn\/0\/M\/IMG4560-M.jpg\" alt=\"w\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Also took care of some banking jobs.<\/p>\n<p>Came home to rest, then flew my chopper for a while.<\/p>\n<p>Admin duties now.
