Union BC!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ashley and I spoke at Union Baptist Church in Griffin, GA this morning!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/Union-Baptist-Church-Griffin\/i-P9dzksH\/0\/M\/IMG_6129-M.jpg\" alt=\"u\" \/><br \/>\nSadly, on my way to go pick up Ash, the Chrysler started over heating, seconds late the check engine light goes on and the car loses power.  Never zesty.<\/p>\n<p>Called Ash to pick me up, then we shot over to Griffin.  We got there in plenty of time.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/Union-Baptist-Church-Griffin\/i-Q354Xb6\/0\/M\/IMG_6130-M.jpg\" alt=\"g\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/Union-Baptist-Church-Griffin\/i-Dw8xGR3\/0\/M\/IMG_6131-M.jpg\" alt=\"g\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ash and I gave our initial briefing to the kids, many of whom will come on the mission trip to work with us in the International Village.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/Union-Baptist-Church-Griffin\/i-zVq6Pp3\/0\/M\/IMG_6132-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/Union-Baptist-Church-Griffin\/i-Khc9vCb\/1\/M\/IMG_6134-M.jpg\" alt=\"d\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/Union-Baptist-Church-Griffin\/i-PHrV8t2\/0\/M\/IMG_6137-M.jpg\" alt=\"e\" \/><br \/>\nWe had lunch with the youth director and his wife.  Delightful!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/Union-Baptist-Church-Griffin\/i-VLP555m\/0\/M\/IMG_6149-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I called AAA on the way to pick up my car.  Ash waited with me for the tow truck to come.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Partners\/Union-Baptist-Church-Griffin\/i-mMmstBP\/0\/M\/IMG_6150-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We towed it on over to T&#038;G.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve also had some problems with the electrical system in our house.  Ever since the powerful thunderstorm when we lost power, the power has been off in one line that runs a couple of lights and also some plugs.
