Emmanuel! FBC Powell!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>K and I had a good time at CIBC Sunday.  It was Youth Sunday.  <\/p>\n<p>Ash and I enjoyed briefing the teams today. That should be extra groovy.<\/p>\n<p>I clobbered my head getting into Ashley&#8217;s Mustang today.  Ouch.<\/p>\n<p>Home now to rest.  I borrowed Jesse&#8217;s car today.  It has no AC and drink gas like crazy.
