{"id":524,"date":"2008-11-18T19:26:18","date_gmt":"2008-11-18T23:26:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.org\/blog\/?p=524"},"modified":"2008-11-18T19:32:21","modified_gmt":"2008-11-18T23:32:21","slug":"audobon-and-hampton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whirlwindmissions.org\/blog\/?p=524","title":{"rendered":"Audobon and Hampton"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Was all over Dekalb County this morning.<\/p>\n<p>Started out in Lithonia to meet two of my favorite partners: Toni Branyon and Joe Scott.\u00a0 We met at what used to be called Pinewood apartments.\u00a0 Now it&#8217;s named Audobon East at Fairington.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/419919063_PgnhA-M.jpg\" alt=\"v\" \/><br \/>\nThat&#8217;s a mouthful, eh?\u00a0 We&#8217;ll have an event there in December, hopefully with the help from friends at FBC Conyers.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/419919457_GG3xW-M.jpg\" alt=\"v\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Omar is the manager there.  He was very helpful!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/419918977_Jkayr-M.jpg\" alt=\"vv\" \/><br \/>\nAfter Lithonia, I went to the Stone Mountain area, where I met up with two partners of mine from the Dekalb United Pentacostal Church.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/415190888_FVHQ9-M.jpg\" alt=\"c\" \/><br \/>\nI took Jose Leos and Myron\u00a0 Wideman.\u00a0 We cruised over to Hampton Village and took a look at the room that they&#8217;ve given us to work out of.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/415190449_9rzye-M.jpg\" alt=\"f\" \/> We also talked to Carlos, the manager of the property.\u00a0 It was a great time together.\u00a0 The bus came while we were there and we were able to meet a lot of the kids.\u00a0 Cool.<\/p>\n<p>Took a Teacher&#8217;s Guide book for an ESL course over to Bennett at Willow Branch.\u00a0 Cathy Wilson, another of our missionaries, wants to start teaching ESL to one of the Bengali ladies.<\/p>\n<p>It was good to talk with Bennett.\u00a0 He reminded me how we need to have faith in God when times with no money come.\u00a0 The Father always takes care of us!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Was all over Dekalb County this morning.
