{"id":538,"date":"2008-12-05T23:41:10","date_gmt":"2008-12-06T03:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.org\/blog\/?p=538"},"modified":"2008-12-05T23:50:05","modified_gmt":"2008-12-06T03:50:05","slug":"sickish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whirlwindmissions.org\/blog\/?p=538","title":{"rendered":"Sickish"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday it was cold and wet.\u00a0 I had lunch with Ashley and my partner Joe Scott.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/431050152_jJQ5h-M.jpg\" alt=\"j\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s one of our newest North American Mission Board missionaries.\u00a0 We talked about missions in Lithonia and about his home country of Grenada.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley and I went by the church and also by the mission at Azalea.  It was rainy and cold.  Kids were at their own houses.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/431050290_bevNZ-M.jpg\" alt=\"a\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The weather made the road slippery.  Some guy ran a red light and Ashley slid into him.  Fortunately, he had insurance.  Ashley&#8217;s car, &#8220;Big Red&#8221; looks like it got a busted lip.  Still drives fine.  She was just fine as was the other guy.  Sure was glad Ashley has a big car!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/431050358_UoPaQ-M.jpg\" alt=\"aa\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I was feeling weak yesterday and worse today. Spent most of the day in bed.\u00a0 Glad it was my day off.<\/p>\n<p>Jesse got his first letter from the bank for his own checking account.\u00a0 I thought that was kind of cool.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/431050374_vdDHz-M.jpg\" alt=\"j\" \/><br \/>\nWent through all my email and calls.<\/p>\n<p>We had a guy come clean the carpets.\u00a0 They look good again.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/431050248_oLx77-M.jpg\" alt=\"c\" \/><br \/>\nTomorrow, my partner Keith Harrell will host of team from my church FBC Mountain Park to his mission at Villa Nueva.\u00a0 Jesse and I will probably go help with that.<\/p>\n<p>Back to bed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday it was cold and wet.\u00a0 I had lunch with Ashley and my partner Joe Scott.
