Had fun recording a podcast this morning.

I’ve had friends with sleep problems so I did a special episode of Verbal Surgery called “Knockout!”<\/a><\/p>\n

Went for a 6.77 mile bike ride and a 4.31 mile run this afternoon. <\/p>\n

Sad to see the dead Barred owl. Never seen one really close up before.

I’ve never seen two separate colors of flower on one tree before.

I liked this long shot.

I found this today. It’s half a $1 bill. Does that count as finding .50c?

Might as well post a sign saying, “We’re not home.”

I liked this little sock.

Ate a sub with Jesse after I got back and cleaned up. Then we went to look at the new iPhone 5S. Looks groovy.

I like the fingerprint recognition.

Then on to the mission.

\nAlways a fun time.

Stopped by the Hobby Lobby to pick up supplies for the 4th graders cell project.

Admin duties now.<\/p>\n

Enjoyed watching the new Mentalist this evening with K.<\/p>\n
