{"id":544,"date":"2008-12-13T17:13:16","date_gmt":"2008-12-13T21:13:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.org\/blog\/?p=544"},"modified":"2008-12-13T17:24:15","modified_gmt":"2008-12-13T21:24:15","slug":"christmas-outreach","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whirlwindmissions.org\/blog\/?p=544","title":{"rendered":"Christmas Outreach!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GREAT day!<\/p>\n<p>I always love starting new work and today we had brand new outreach at two missions!<\/p>\n<p>I started out the morning working with a new partner, Dekalb United Pentecostal Church.\u00a0<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435812996_K3CuT-M.jpg\" alt=\"j\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435813240_Aij3m-M.jpg\" alt=\"l\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435812882_cdB5q-M.jpg\" alt=\"w\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435813635_F5VXK-M.jpg\" alt=\"f\" \/><br \/>\nThey are located right around the corner from Hampton Village where the manager has given us a whole building to use for outreach!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435813410_Vqagc-M.jpg\" alt=\"d\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435813522_p9Jtk-M.jpg\" alt=\"d\" \/><br \/>\nI spent most of my time rounding up people throughout the complex which is huge!<\/p>\n<p>We had a good turn out, especially since this was the first time we&#8217;ve ever done anything over there.<\/p>\n<p>I went from there to Highland Chase where my partners from Truth Tabernacle of Praise hosted a Christmas Party.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435814931_YaBCL-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435815084_VkYfs-M.jpg\" alt=\"tt\" \/><br \/>\nThe team had things well under control and the residents seemed to be having a super time.\u00a0 Excellent!<\/p>\n<p>Ended up my afternoon at Azalea Place where I checked on my team from the University of Tennessee.\u00a0 The kids at Azalea were having a fantastic time and really enjoyed the team that came!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435815962_ebQxB-M.jpg\" alt=\"c\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435815909_JhYWx-M.jpg\" alt=\"cc\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435815410_8jnP4-M.jpg\" alt=\"cc\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/435816207_2rBrc-M.jpg\" alt=\"ccc\" \/><br \/>\nThey certainly were a blessing to me!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m back in Stone Mountain now working on email and my blog and posting pictures!<\/p>\n<p>Pray for the outreach today and for the new believers!\u00a0 Pray that the teams will want to be more fully involved in the ministry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GREAT day!
