Run!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Had a fun lunch with my family today! Always great to spend time with them.<\/p>\n<p> The Expedition had a charger light on, turned out to the alternator.  Cost about $450.  PLUS I had the Chrysler being worked on today getting a valve job done&#8212;that&#8217;ll be another nearly $1,000.  Yow!<\/p>\n<p>So Kathy and I for most of the day were down to using bikes!  Good job we&#8217;re fit.<\/p>\n<p>We had planned on going out of town for the weekend, but with all these expenses we had to cancel.  Boo hoo.<\/p>\n<p>After lunch, I got my running clothes on and ran a big loop.  Ran 7.11 miles.  That&#8217;s a long way for me.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Run-Lucern-11713\/i-3VsXnsc\/0\/M\/IMG_2745-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Felt pretty good, but the cold air wasn&#8217;t that great on my legs. Checking on one of the teams coming.
