Wednesday I enjoyed recording a new podcast! Woot!

\nIt’s an eye opening, listen carefully and FEEL good episode. Check out “See.Hear.FEEL!”<\/a> One of my best efforts!

\nWent for a 5.20 mile run. Felt great! I enjoyed seeing the flowers.

Lots of trees are budding. Atlanta is an incredibly beautiful place in the spring!

Weird to see a trunk suddenly veer to the left.
\n\"t\"<\/p>\n

Noticed this mushroom.
\n\"m,\"
\n I’ve been studying to see which one are edible. The bottom of this mushroom doesn’t have gills. Scientists call these ridges.
\n\"r\"<\/p>\n

ALL of the toxic shrooms have gills. But there are still a series of questions to answer to make sure these are ok to eat. I can’t seem myself eating them, but I still find it interesting.<\/p>\n

They are making some big changes on the topography around one of the streams near where I live.
\n\"g\"
\n\"s\"
\n\"c\"<\/p>\n

I talked to the construction guys, they said it’s to help prevent flooding and that it’ll look like a series of small ponds. Interesting. I was just sad to see them cutting trees down. BUT I sure was glad it wasn’t a bunch of houses. I love our green space!<\/p>\n

I saw this sign in a yard. Who would want to be #00?

After running, I ate a salad at McDonalds on the way to Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Griffin, GA. That’s about an hour and a half from where I live in Stone Mountain. On the way there I got terribly nauseated. Ended up pulling over a parking lot a barfing a bunch of times. Gross. I sure felt better.<\/p>\n

I saw this sign on the way there.

\nI enjoyed speaking at Mt. Gilead.
\n\"c\"
\n They’re some sweet folks. I look forward to them coming to work with us!
\n\"s\"
\n\"f\"
\nI enjoyed hanging out with the preacher! Fred’s a good guy.
\n\"f\"<\/p>\n

They have a graveyard.
\n\"d\"
\n I always find it interesting to look at who’s there.
\n\"t\"
\n\"a\"<\/p>\n

For playing chess?

Weird. Gravesite\/parking?

\nWho would name their kid “Arce?”

\nTalk about being the butt of the joke.<\/p>\n

And this is the main thing the wife remembers her husband for?

Seemed like kind of an after thought.

This one was touching to me.

Got home after 10pm feeling pooped. Saved the blog until Thursday!<\/p>\n

I always find signs interesting.
