VA Tech!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Had a good run this morning.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Other-1\/Virginia-Tech-Team-to-BHFM-AZ\/i-MvKqgw4\/1\/M\/IMG_6477-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><br \/>\n I biked 1.54 miles and ran 4.43 miles.  It was gorgeous outside.
