Run!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Finished editing the video I shot for the Virginia Tech team.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-qRQBZCb\/0\/M\/IMG_6754-M.jpg\" alt=\"e\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Processed the video and edited a sound track.  Then posted it to YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>I cleaned up an old bird bath to replace one I was using.  The freezing weather cracked the concrete so it would no longer hold water.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-mJg3Rc8\/0\/M\/IMG_6755-M.jpg\" alt=\"w\" \/><\/p>\n<p>My other bird bath is made out of metal.  Seems to be better.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-Sc4hDMV\/0\/M\/IMG_6759-M.jpg\" alt=\"bb\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Worked on the final version of my taxes and got it to tax people to file.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-4wZvvSj\/0\/M\/IMG_6760-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Picked up Jesse at Azalea than went to Marietta.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-kwKcFZZ\/1\/M\/IMG_6767-M.jpg\" alt=\"j\" \/><br \/>\n At Azalea I saw some older Muslim men carrying a model of a mosque.  I thought it was cool looking.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-8j8HZC4\/0\/M\/IMG_6761-M.jpg\" alt=\"m\" \/><\/p>\n<p> We enjoyed a fun lunch at Sabor do Brazil.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-qrngQWt\/0\/M\/IMG_6762-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><br \/>\n I love Marietta because I often meet Kenyans there.  Today was no exception.  I saw three people sitting at a table and told Jesse, &#8220;I bet they&#8217;re Kenyans.&#8221;  Sure enough, I sat at the table next to them and clearly heard them speaking Swahili.  They sure were surprised when I introduced myself in Swahili!  Fun.<\/p>\n<p>Plus the food is awesome.<\/p>\n<p>Then went to Columns at Bentley Manor to sign the new lease for the mission.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-t52qNzh\/0\/M\/IMG_6763-M.jpg\" alt=\"c\" \/><br \/>\nUnfortunately, they didn&#8217;t put in the compensation so that the apartment is free.  I&#8217;ll have to go back when they get that straightened out.  Oh, well.<\/p>\n<p>J and I went to an antique store and a magic shop on the square for a few minutes.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-3tsXFT7\/0\/M\/IMG_6765-M.jpg\" alt=\"a\" \/><br \/>\nI thought this EKG machine was cool.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-S9832F2\/0\/M\/IMG_6768-M.jpg\" alt=\"k\" \/><br \/>\n Then back to Chamblee.  Traffic was horrible.  Welcome to Atlanta.  We took lots of back routes, but everything tends to be bad on Fridays.<\/p>\n<p>Made a new set of house keys.  There&#8217;s been six burglaries since the first of the year in the subdivision next to ours and in ours.  That&#8217;s not zesty.  Little extra security is always a good idea.<\/p>\n<p>Came home to run 5.02 miles.  Beautiful and cool.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Family\/TJ-Day-31414-to-Marietta\/i-TzCsJcf\/1\/M\/IMG_6770-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><br \/>\nI like what they&#8217;re doing to the river area. I&#8217;ll miss her while I&#8217;m gone.  I&#8217;ll be back in town Wednesday evening.
