Run!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Enjoyed a restful morning.<\/p>\n<p>Ate an early lunch with Kathy.  Good times.  She washed my car afterwards.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Runh-51014\/i-4DdrKvk\/0\/M\/IMG_9561-M.jpg\" alt=\"k\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Came home to work on packing for my trip to the UK on Monday with Jesse.  Looking forward to that!<\/p>\n<p>Got a lot of exercise.  Biked 6.6 miles and ran 6.8 miles.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Runh-51014\/i-R2RBL65\/0\/M\/IMG_9563-M.jpg\" alt=\"b\" \/><br \/>\n  Whew. I carried it in one arm and then the other for several miles.  I felt like Thor.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Runh-51014\/i-nGp3hG4\/0\/M\/IMG_9578-M.jpg\" alt=\"t\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Got cleaned up and working on admin duties.  I knocked out my financial report for the donations yesterday.  That was a weight hanging over my head.
