Run!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I had a restful morning and a fun lunch with Kathy today.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Run-111414\/i-LJ6XZ5F\/0\/M\/IMG_3090-M.jpg\" alt=\"d\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We dropped some food off for her sister Ann who just had knee surgery.<\/p>\n<p>She washed the car on the way home.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/Nature\/Run-111414\/i-CRMk9kz\/0\/M\/IMG_3091-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Went for a 5.01 mile run this afternoon.  Got pretty cold at the end&#8212;in the 30s.
