This morning, my parents and out went out to the North American Mission Board for me to give a presentation on mobilizing volunteers.\u00a0

\n They’re always a fun bunch!\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n I enjoy getting to share a few thoughts on how they can be more effective in getting people to help them.\u00a0 That’s normally THE biggest problem that we face on the mission field.<\/p>\n

They were a good looking group!<\/p>\n

Then we went to check on the YMCA team that was working at the Hamptons at Lenox location.\u00a0
\n\"y\"\"yy\"\"y\"<\/p>\n

They’re a very motivated team and the kids really love them!<\/p>\n

Then over to Azalea Place to make sure that my team from First Baptist Atlanta was doing well!\u00a0
\n\"a\"\"a\"\"a\"<\/p>\n

They were really having\u00a0 a great time with the kids and they seemed to be learning a LOT!\u00a0 Excellent!<\/p>\n

Spent a lot of the afternoon hanging out with my parents.\u00a0 I always learn something from them!<\/p>\n

Came home and ran my 4 mile route.\u00a0 Took my little Sugar Dog with me.\u00a0 She wasn’t exactly enthusiastic about it.\u00a0 Drug her most of the second mile.\u00a0 She does better once she knows we’re on the way home!<\/p>\n

Kathy cooked us a delicious supper this evening.\u00a0 We had fun visiting with my folks tonight too.\u00a0 The power was back off a the mission house.\u00a0 That’s not good.\u00a0 BUT, my cable is working again for my TV!\u00a0 I was really getting upset because tomorrow night is the season premier of Burn Notice!\u00a0 Go get ’em, Michael!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
