Carpets!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This morning I got to Ashley&#8217;s house around 6:30am.  <\/p>\n<p>Drove them to the airport.  They&#8217;re on Safari to visit my Folks in Georgetown, Texas!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-2T2k3qM\/0\/M\/IMG_1943-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Not easy flying with a baby.  Ashley said she was running a bit of a fever.  Teething?<\/p>\n<p>Put up another location for a hummingbird feeder.  I have four.  I&#8217;m spreading them out a bit more.  One of the males tries to chase the others off.<\/p>\n<p>Refilled feeders and relocated my red light.  I got it up off the ground on a rock.<\/p>\n<p>Worked on the carpets most of the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Straightened the house.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-7smspz6\/0\/M\/IMG_1944-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then vacuumed.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-HD92N6d\/1\/M\/IMG_1945-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Deep scrubbed the high travel areas and spots.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-bqwvHC4\/0\/M\/IMG_1947-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-9cjRnTM\/0\/M\/IMG_1948-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p> I mix up a solution of hot water and oxyclean.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-S4QRGF9\/0\/M\/IMG_1946-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><br \/>\n Then scrub it in with a stiff broom.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-R72XQtM\/0\/M\/IMG_1949-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-Jvbgxvr\/0\/M\/IMG_1950-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-tSPjnwG\/0\/M\/IMG_1952-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Got the Rug Cleaner from Lowes.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-CmGCBr7\/0\/M\/IMG_1954-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Takes about 3 hours to complete the process.  That&#8217;s if I don&#8217;t stop.<br \/>\nAlso cleaned the stairs.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Something-Different\/Carpets-82616\/i-94MgH32\/1\/M\/IMG_1956-M.jpg\" alt=\"s\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t take the cleaner back yet.  I&#8217;m thinking about doing the carpets at the mission.  Not sure how my back will feel tomorrow.  I&#8217;d like to make sure the floors are clean for Penelope.<\/p>\n<p>Kathy went for a bike ride.  She got up at 5:30am this morning.
