I was supposed to have a pre-site visit with a partner from Mississippi this morning.\u00a0 Didn’t work out.\u00a0 They had transportation issues.\u00a0 So I did all the paper work for the team and the maps marked up for how the busses will go.<\/p>\n
The best news is that they’re willing to come help on Sunday afternoon!\u00a0 You may remember that I had a team cancel out on me that was supposed to help me with two block parties that day.\u00a0 Now I’ll have plenty of help!\u00a0 PTL!<\/p>\n
Also registered for Ashley and I go to a conference in New York of the National Association of Multi-housing Ministries and Congregations from August 16-18.\u00a0 This is a conference sponosored by NAMB so I think it’s going to be good.\u00a0 They’re also planning on doing a block party in the area.\u00a0 I like the practical aspect of it.\u00a0 I’ll probably end up teaching a couple of sessions while I’m there too.<\/p>\n
I’m going over to check on the kids at Azalea then go home and pack.\u00a0 This is one of my “K & T” weekends where my wife and I go out of town for a couple of days.\u00a0 It’s been a HUGE help for my marriage.\u00a0 I tend to work 7 days a week and it’s good to set aside time to get to know my wife!<\/p>\n
I need to go to Office Depot to pick up some equipment.\u00a0 The fax machine at FBC Doraville died.\u00a0 I want to help them out.<\/p>\n
