Floated around in the pool and ran 4 miles on the elliptical treadmill.  Groovy!<\/p>\n<p>This afternoon Ashley and I went to speak at a missions conference at Heritage Hills Baptist Church in Conyers.  Great church!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/660801764_Hzroe-S.jpg\" alt=\"h\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/660801581_JCE5Q-S.jpg\" alt=\"b\" \/><\/p>\n<p> We enjoyed talking to the kids.  We&#8217;ll get to talk to all the children on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>I like to do kids groups because the really do pray for us!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/660802064_Z94Xj-S.jpg\" alt=\"j\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/660801836_ky42d-S.jpg\" alt=\"a\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/whirlwindmissions.smugmug.com\/photos\/660802117_2fu9p-S.jpg\" alt=\"a\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kathy and Jesse took a road trip to S. Carolina today.  They went with her brother David and sister Ruth to visit her Uncle Jack and Aunt Bertie.  They&#8217;ve been having some health challenges.  I&#8217;m glad they were able to go!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll finish off the evening working on my article for the newsletter.  <\/p>\n<p>Always something to do!<\/p>\n<p>Did have some bad news.  All the flooding in my basement messed up my displays for the missions conferences.  Sad.
