Got word from my brother Jim that my Mom had fallen and had to have 911 come transport her to the hospital. She took a really hard fall. Had to have staples to seal the wound. So glad she’s ok!

I wrapped some presents for Penelope’s party today. I wrapped some of them together. Made it fun and last for a while.

Neighbors cut down a total of ten trees over the last couple of weeks.

We had Penelope’s party at the Sparkles roller rink in Snellville.

I went out to see the ISS this evening but it was too cloudy.

I spent time today working up an initial draft for the report I will give to the Board of Whirlwind Missions in December.

Got info from Jessi about exactly what type of company she had.

Got in touch with a friend about giving me some tax advice.

Talked to T&G that I had found the receipts that I needed.

Stopped by Clarkston to walk thorough the huge NAMB complex. The city never allowed them to open it! Incredible.

Enjoying watching the Bad Batch on Disney Plus and then playing Battlefield II on the PS4. The shows and the video game match up perfectly. It’s like actually being the in the movie.

I had a rough night last night after I had the shingles booster. I had chills and fever and today I’ve had a bad headache and just felt sore all over. Tomorrow, I hope I’ll be back up to speed. Miles met the girls at the bus.

I was supposed to have lunch with Pastor John Weldon, but wasn’t up to it.

I worked on getting in touch with Carlos. He set up Jessi’s company originally. We are now disbanding that. I’m hoping that Carlos can figure that out for us at a reasonable rate.

I’ve had a splinter in my hand the last couple of days. Got it out today.

Contacted my dentist about when we will do the scans and the implant. My dental insurance goes from 60-40 to 70-30 next month. I’ll wait till December if possible.

Jessi and I hung up some pothos vines today.

Helped the kids with their homework. Bought them some doughnuts as a treat.

Went to my office to check the mail.

I continue to make progress in Spanish. The leagues help me keep motivated.

I’m feeling extra tired. May be a reaction to the shingles shot. The initial one gave me chills and fever.

I reckon he can live on that.

Had a good talk with my insurance agent Tim Deter. He helped us get all of our accounts figured out. Glad to get that done! Next year I’ll be getting on Medicare.

Came in on top in this week’s league.

While I was studying Spanish, a doe walked past me in my yard! Five minutes later, a ten point buck came through. Filled me with happiness!

I probably have at lest ten map jackets. Since they stopped making them, I’ve been wearing all my old ones. Today, I sewed some holes in one up. It actually turned out looking pretty good. Glad about that. I’ll repair them all over time. I just didn’t think the sewing would be ok.

After talking to my insurance agent, I made a call to Jessi’s ENT doctor to see about scheduling her deviated septum surgery for the first of January when her new insurance plan kicks in.

Went by the UPS store to turn in the iPhone holder for my car that didn’t work. It’ll get mailed back to Amazon or the dealer.

Had a good talk with my Mom.

Worked with the kids at the mission. It was cold outside.

Listened to radio from Spain.

Went by my office to pick up checks and process them. Drove home and deposited them.

Recorded an episode of Verbal Surgery at Stone Mountain called, “Tippy Toe.”

Talked with my friend Andy about dissolving Jessi’s company. Nothing is ever easy.

Released a new episode of Verbal Surgery called “Need to be Needed.” Very good.

Dominated the league in Spanish again this week. I remember when I used to look at the top people on the leader boards and wonder how they ever got to be that smart. Now I’m one of them. It’s just the ability to keep going really.

Banksy is my favorite artist. I find his work to be funny and provocative. He was recently in Ukraine doing his work. Fabulous.

I have pictures of his from when I was in Israel on my wall by my bed.

These gas leaf blowers drive me nuts. They are SO loud.

Also had a chat with Pastor Bill who’s the chairman of our board for Whirlwind. We set the date for the next board meeting for Saturday December 17th.

My eye has a little infection in the lid. Doesn’t hurt just kind of uncomfortable.

I’ve been enjoying watching Star Wars “Tale of the Jedi” and started rewatching the “Bad Batch” also a Star Wars show. Then downloaded Battlefront II which is the multiplayer game from the series! Fun!

This is way closer than the pundits thought it would be. Sure makes me happy.

Had a fun talk with my buddy Dan Perez today. He’s one of the good people in the world and a fantastic author and artist. Shared a list of some art shows at a friend of mine’s place in Houston where Dan lives. Also a picture of a maracas I use to massage my back when it hurts.

Recorded a new episode of Verbal Surgery called, “Fix It.” So good. Downloaded it from my recorder to my Mac.

Ate lunch at the German Bakery. Excellent. I got a Bear Claw that was the best I’d ever had. Supreme!
