CIBC! Rest!

Kathy rode her bike from our house to Clarkston today! She’s an Iron Woman! I’m just her support crew.

Looks like the rapture had happened. Out of gold shoes no less!

He spoke on pain and suffering. Not the easiest topic! Bottom line? We have pain, but God stands there with us through it. Tru dat!

Enjoyed perhaps the best meal I’ve had in the last six months! Simple, home cooked vegetables at Always Fresh in Mountain Park was absolutely amazing!

Came home and rested. I’ve been trying to do a lot more of that! I do feel like I’m making progress. My ears feel better.

Sore from the mowing workout yesterday. Truly the hardest thing I have to do physically. We live on a hill. Need I say more? Whole lotta yard.

Looks like all that’s left is dirt. But the monkey grass keeps on spreading. Go, monkey GO! I figure in another ten years it’ll look like a lawn.
