After more than a year, I finally got my permanent crown on my root canal. Dr. Friedman did an excellent job and now I can chew perfectly!

Got to spend time with Ashley and Miles. We ate pizza then went to Best Buy and Walmart to pick up a few things for the mission. We also went by our house to get the mail, feed the birds and check on our sweet dog, Sugar. She was so glad to see us. Nothing better than pure love from a dog.

Went home to work out on weights then went for a run to my house to pick up my bike, then rode the bike about ten miles. While I rode I took pictures of the beautiful trees in the neighborhood. I love this time of year and I think Atlanta is one of the most beautiful cities in America.

Kathy and I enjoyed watching some baseball this evening.
