Still super icy here in the ATL!
I’m glad I can hang out at the house and be safe!
Made a bunch of phone calls today. I’m glad to see our summer calendar already filling up.
Feeling better. Head still dizzy whenever I lean over.
Worked on some new podcasts! Hope you enjoy them!
Do you know who you want to be? That determines who you WILL be! Check out “Want to be”
And also “Transition is the default position.”

Still in bed under a blanket. COLD outside!
Started snowing Sunday night. What a pile!
It’s really beautiful outside.
Of course when it’s like this I get worried about the local wild life. Making sure I have plenty of seed and suet out there.
Still dizzy, but better.
My stomach’s not bothering me as much. My ears kind of cleared a bit. I’m hoping this vertigo business is almost over. It’s been a real drag.
Gave myself a hair cut this morning.
We are completely snowed in here. I live on a very steep hill. No getting out!
Sure am glad I have a house that’s warm and dry!

Taking it easy today.
Drinking water. Staying warm.
I’m a bit better.
Keep praying.

Feeling a bit better today.
Picked up Ashley’s car. She got new tires and an alignment. Over $700. Truck tires are mighty pricey.

Wednesday was a really bad day for me.
Woke up severely dizzy and super nauseated.
Vomited more than any other day in my life.
Feeling better today, but not well. My main symptom is dizziness when I move my head around too drastically.
Went to see the doctor, my friend Dr. Pat Barrington.
Wasn’t sure about driving. I was glad Kathy could take me.
She said I have Orthostatic hypotension. She took blood pressure measurements when I was laying down, sitting up and standing. There was a 12 point difference. So I have to make sure I drink plenty of water, especially in the morning .
This was my standing reading.
That and a stomach bug. Probably has something to do with the inner ear too. So I should be getting better.
But the medicine seems worse than the condition! See what’s wrong with these pictures. Again, the medicine is supposed to control dizziness.
And you can also ADD a symptom I didn’t have!
Came home to rest.
Hmmm. OUR side has cookies too!
And the sun lighting up this grass.

Took care of errands this morning. Always something! Can you believe all the Princess tags were gone?
Then to see the kids at Azalea. Had a good group!
Constant motion, baby!
Joy wanted me to take a picture of his shoe. Watcha think?
Back home to knock out my admin duties.
My niece Olivia Hunt is having a baby. Her amniotic fluid has a slight leak. She’s having to stay at the hospital. Please pray for Olivia.
Beautiful sunset at the mission.

Today was my last day to rest before the real work begins. Got about 3/4″ of rain yesterday. We need it.
I enjoyed recording two podcasts!
One of my best is about creating character. “Be the Hero.” Good stuff.
And then “Just say Yes” about being positive in the world!
Went for a two mile hike around the neighborhood. It sure was beautiful!
I liked these mirror fragments.
Can you see the ice?
I wonder if this is upside down?
Can you see where pine straw has been imprinted on the concrete?
I like the shadows and light on these trees and shrubs.
I can never resist a good shadow shot.
Beautiful clouds!
Best seat in the house!

Kathy, Ashley and I went to Clarkston International Bible Church this morning.
Pastor Phil preached on the “Tides of life.” He had several good illustrations!
We had the Lord’s Supper today. I didn’t dig the “bread.” Looked like styrofoam.
Came home and worked on admin duties. Finished my financial report.
Then left to go see Cirque de Soleil “Ovo.” I enjoyed it. I like the circus with animals a lot better.
Strictly no photography. That’s gay. So I have shots of the exterior.
I always take a picture of where I park.
Downtown Atlanta is beautiful!
