One of the best times ever. Hardly anyone there and it was right before closing so the animals were ready to get fed. Groovy!

After a fun lunch with Jesse, we went to Azalea to work with the kids.
I helped Jhan with his book report and Sanjida and Rashawn with their project for math.
Went to my office to get some binders for the kids.
I saw the original Whirlwind Missions sign there.
Enjoyed Taco Veloz with Ashley and Jesse this evening.

Went to the mission at Azalea to work with the kids. Helped Jhan with a book report, Melissa, Diego and Yfrey with spelling sentences. I always like coming up with whacky sentences for their teacher to read.
Went to Lowes to make a new key for the mission. I gave mine to Janine who teaches our ESL classes.
Ashley and I went to Peachtree Corners Baptist Church this evening.
We spoke to the Missions Committee about doing an outreach with Whirlwind Missions in April.
They seemed excited about the idea.
I dropped Ashley back to her house in Clarkston.

Setting up the big Christmas party for the kids at the mission with a team from Perimeter Church. Sounds like fun. I’m glad Ashley is helping organize it!

Ate lunch with K and J. Noticed that Cici’s was closed when we went by. Shocked by that!
Went to the mission with Jesse. The kids didn’t have a lot of work. Mainly just spent time visiting with them.
Adnon told me he’s moving to New York on Saturday. I’ll miss him.
Admin duties to finish up the evening.
Worked on a new podcast today! Been over a week since I’ve recorded anything. This is a good one! Check out “Cactus!” Ever have people that really irritate you? Modify their behavior! Cactus will help!
Wrote my newsletter, produced the two pages and sent them to our friend Joel Harrison with the Atlanta Metro Baptist Association. We appreciate AMBA printing our newsletter for us.
At the mission the kids help us put stickers on the envelopes.
And on themselves.
Helped the kids with their homework.
Then we have a doughnut party. We give doughnuts to all the kids, not just the ones that help. ALL the kids want to help, but we don’t have enough room to accommodate them.
Went shopping.
Trying to eat healthy.

Had a good time at Clarkston International Bible Church this morning.
Pastor Phil preached a great sermon on gratitude. Give thanks, be happy!
Our team from Sharon BC came with us this morning to CIBC. We ate lunch with the church congregation, then went to Chamblee to work at Cumberland Court and Azalea Place.
Always glad to have Miles and Ashley around!
Came home to work on admin duties and rest.
Ash and I had a fun time working together today!
We gave a briefing to our friends from Sharon Baptist Church in McDonough.
Took them around the Buford Highway Farmers market.
I kept running into people asking about the “kvass.”

Finished the Tour section of our day at CD Tower.
The day culminates with working with the kids at the missions! GREAT day!

Went to Best Buy. I was hoping for and got a discount on the boxed set of Mentalist Season 2. Saved about $30. Sure did have to wait a long time in line. Crazy.
We also checked out the iPad mini.
