Central and Strong Rock to Plaza Fiesta!
Ashley and I had a fun time with our final briefing and commitment service for our teams from Warner Robbins and Locust Grove.
Part of our commitment service includes passing a baton from one to another and saying, “He’s counting on me.”
After our prayer time, the teams signed our “Landing Pad” as a contract for Jesus.
One of our Whirlwind Missions traditions involves having your picture taken in the “Sublime Blue Mariachi” hat.
We took the two groups to experience Latino culture at Plaza Fiesta. Always something different to see!
Delicious food at Mi Tierra!
Went back to FBC Doraville to work on the “Bags of Love” project. The kids decorate lunch bags with scripture verses, put a tract and some candy in a bag and hand them out at the apartment complexes.
Then worked at the missions with the kids!
Admin duties now and editing video of the teams. Tired after a long day and short night last night!
I thought these clouds with con trail was cool.
