Friday, Kathy and I enjoyed lunch with Ashley.
I edited the video for Rocky Bayou.
We had an online meeting with our book keeper.
Ashley and I spent the rest of the afternoon going by missions to set up work for Gold Rush.
We went by Pure Fun to pick up Yeah, Baby tshirts.
Came home to work on editing and began learning the Aaronic Blessing from Numbers 6:24-26 in HEBREW. I’m planning on expanding the section on Judaism in our briefing.
Ate a late supper with Jesse around 9pm.
Venus, the Moon and Jupiter were beautiful!
Saturday, I worked on burning and packing up the dvd and bills into the mail.
Recorded a new episode of Verbal Surgery. I haven’t uploaded it yet. It’s called Flip Flop Brains. How to change your mind from worry and fear. Good one!
Went to Walmart to do the family shopping.
Back home to continue memorizing those three verses from Numbers in Hebrew.
K and I watched Belle on dvd. It was ok. It’s about a mulatto child brought up by the landed gentry. Based on a true story.
Admin duties now.
Still doing research on Judaism and getting some equipment to flesh out the production.
Also want to find out how much it’d cost to put my face on this blimp.
Focus on dreams.
I like the sound of this. Penelope will call me “Papi.”

Last night I went for a 4.98 mile run. It was dark.
Sometimes VERY dark.
There’s no street lights in one section of my run.
Still felt great.
This morning Ashley and I enjoyed briefing our team from Rocky Bayou BC on Catholicism.
We presented the team leader with the Golden Egg of Eggcellence!
After the briefing, we had our dedication time: “It’s up to ME!” and signed the Landing Pad.
The students turn in the cards with the names of the person they’re praying for in to Jesus.
Portraits with the “Sublime Blue Mariachi Hat.”
Then to Plaza Fiesta! Always fun.
I bought Ashley two new bags. Nothing better than spoiling a daughter. Unless perhaps that’s spoiling a grand daughter. Hmmmmmmm.
Checked on the teams at the mission. They’ve done a great job, especially considering the awful heat.
Went by some apartments to tell managers about the teams coming next week.
Also met with the new marketing director of the Clarion hotel.
Came home in a thunderstorm.
Enjoyed watching Royal Pains and episodes of Malcom in the Middle with K.
Admin duties now.
I liked this cross at a restaurant in Plaza Fiesta.
There were pigeons going around the tables.
I decided to show the kids some of my bush skills. Caught one of the pigeons within five minutes.
The hard part was doing it gently.

Gave myself a haircut last night!
Ashley and I had fun briefing our team from Rocky Bayou on Hinduism and Islam.
Then to Al Madina to see Islam up and personal.
Ate lunch at Global Mall and saw the Shiv Mandir temple.
Then to the missions!
We deposited money into the bank. The guard reminded me of Africa.
A couple of the girls got sick because of the heat. It was oppressive!
We checked on the missions then took one of the girls to my office to lay down on one of the air mattresses we have while I took one of the team leaders to MARTA. She’s went to the airport to see her daughter who was going to India tonight!
Enjoyed watching the end of Million Dollar Arm with K. We liked it!
I just got back home from running 4.98 miles in the dark. I just can’t handle the extreme heat.
It was fine running. I liked the sounds of frogs near the lake. Reminds me of what it’s going to be like when I go to the Amazon. 100 days from tomorrow!
I liked this on the team’s bus.

Last night, I worked on the initial arrangements for my trip to Peru in Sept/Oct. I’ll be spending a week on the Amazon and a week in the mountains around Machu Picchu. Sounds amazing. I’m looking forward to focusing on my Spanish skills!
I decided to go ahead and get the tickets because it looks like gas prices are starting to go back up again.
This morning, K and I enjoyed going to Westside Baptist Church. Pastor Ben always does a good job.
Came home to rest. I packaged up the DVD and laminated photo for our friends from FBC Jonesboro.
Finished editing the video and uploaded to YouTube.
Added two more pages to my Power Prayer package: Contents and Bio pages.
Here’s what’s inside the finished package.
I’m still copying the files from my computer to the gold USB keys.
Flew my mini-drone. Getting the hang of it fast, because it’s like its big sister the AR Drone 2.0.
Watched Defiance with K.
Admin duties now.

Kathy and I had fun today! We met up with some of our family to celebrate Ann and Jason Sullivan’s wedding!
Good company!
I got a mini drone. I’ve had fun playing with it. It’s much smaller than my previous drone. Pictures soon!
Edited the video I shot of FBC Jonesboro’s choir “Frontline.” I’m processing the edited video now.
K and I watched “Whiplash” this evening. Pretty intense movie. Makes me want to get some buckets and bang ’em.
Admin duties now. Still editing.

Wednesday night I stayed up late to work on the finished product of my new book Power Prayer.
Designed the cover and starting putting the files from my computer onto USB drives! On the drive I have Power Prayer as a PDF, as well as an audio version of the book, 4 different prayer sessions, 20 of my favorite episodes of my podcast Verbal Surgery, 10 of my favorite videos from Story Tim, and a 450 page book of my proverbs!
Started getting two cups of coffee at QT: one for the road and one to sip on during the briefing.
Ashley and I had fun briefing our teams on Islam and Hinduism. We started with bubbleation!
Cultural safari to Global Mall to eat at Ashiana and see the Hindu temple.
The priest lets me lecture about Hinduism while I’m there. Talk about a classroom.
They choir sang Revelation 19 at the Hindu temple. Wow!
While we were there a fine young man walked up to me and asked if I remembered him. I knew his face looked familiar.
Nazrul used to live next to the mission about ten years ago. He’s looking great and in college. Yeah, baby!
Then to N. Africa to visit Al Madina.
Teams did great at the missions.
Ate supper at FBC Doraville, then off to Plaza Fiesta for a concert! Awesome!
Home now to work on admin duties.
Beautiful clouds!
