My voice is still a bit hoarse from mission work on Thursday. Feeling better.
Enjoyed Friday with Jesse! Always great to have him around!
Went for a 2.63 mile run. I almost waited too late! Beautiful!
K and I had a fun lunch today. We ate outside at Red Lobster. Gorgeous day.

Near miss!
Ashley, Penelope and I went to visit our friends at Peachtree Corners Baptist Church this morning.
PCBC was one of my original supporters when our family first got to Atlanta. Great church. We hope to mobilize many of them this year.
It was awesome to see our friend Shay there. She’s been a huge advocate for us.
Went by Perimeter Church to see our partners there. They were in a meeting. AP and I will go see them on Monday.
I took Ashley and Penelope back home. P had her 2 months doctor visit. She had to get 4 shots. That’s not zesty. Ash said she did fine.
I came home to rest.
Then to the Dollar Tree to pick up some mechanical pencils. Everyone got a pencil. I gave the kids who competed first choice.
then back to the mission to work with the kids.
They helped me write love notes on the back of the letters of our supporters.
I brought doughnuts because they’d been so helpful.
Homework. More analog clock time. It’s so silly.
We had our 9 times table competition today. All three of the winners were girls again.
Fastest time was Darlene with 1:23 for completing 50 questions with a perfect score. Just in case you wondered, I completed 50 questions in :50. Kids are always blown away by it.

Went to my treasurer’s house to drop off a letter.
Ate lunch with Kathy and Jesse. What a blessing they are.
Met up with Ashley and Penelope at FBC Doraville.
I picked up the three big toys for the multiplication competition.
I went with the girls to visit our friends at First Baptist Atlanta.
And also to Dunwoody Baptist Church.
We introduced them to their newest missionary: Penelope the magnificent!
I love this little baby so much. OMG.
We also talked to them about our “100 Missions” goal this year!
We want Whirlwind Missions to host outreach in 100 different apartment complexes around the Metroplex. I think it’s totally doable. Just a matter of figuring out the locations and partnering churches.
I also presented them with a series of car and dental bills which have set me back nearly $4,000 recently. Wow! Asked for any benevolence funds they might have to help.
I sent Ashley and Penelope on home and I went to the mission to help the kids with their homework.

Early morning at the dentist. Beautiful day.
Got my temporary crown put back on and the mold made for my new crown.
He’s a really good dentist.
But it’s so expensive I certainly don’t want to see him all the time.
Went to Ashley’s house on the way home to pick up the tax letters she printed up.
Always great to spend time with my girls!
I got to see grand dog. I brought her to my house to run around in the yard.
Ashley came over. We went for lunch then came home to visit with Kathy.
Worked on the letters for our donors.
Jesse and I had a fun conversation with our pal in England, Anthony Jacquin! We usually record our conversation, but we had technical difficulties. Hate that.
Went to the mission to work with the kids. They helped me do the labels.

I recorded a podcast this morning. Or at least I thought I had. Some type of operator error. I successfully achieved my goal this afternoon, but it was a abbreviated edition.

Got home and put more silicon dap on one of the walls in the shower. Every once in a while it’ll leak just a little bit. Water is such a tricky thing. I used to see it all the time with roof leaks. Often, the actual problem would not be near where the leak appears.

I love the Blue Birds that come to my feeder. You can hardly hear their wings when they fly.

Friday evening: snow flurries!
Saturday was cold, windy and a touch of snow!
Not exactly paralyzing. Still froze up the bird baths.
Set up Dropbox and shared the promo video file with Ashley.

My comforter is old. I must have sewn up at least 10 small tears. Fixed now!
K and I binged on Doc Martin, Rosemary and Thyme and Longmire! Fun!
Sunday morning K and I went to Westside Baptist.
Always a good time with Pastor Ben. He spoke on Victory! Amen!
K and I ate southern cooking for lunch.
Home to work on social media. They are my version of sermon notes.
Worked on K’s meds again. I think I have it figured out now. Not easy.
Cleaned the fish tank.
Then went for a 2.68 mile run. Felt good. Beauty on the road.
This is in the not good category. It gets so warm that the trees and shrubs start to bud out. Then it freezes and hurts them.

Came home to work on admin duties and enjoy time with K.

Rainy, cold day in the ATL. It rained over 2″ last night
Supposed to freeze late tonight. Dekalb county sent kids home early.
Edited the video I shot for Ashley for the Gateway BC mission conference.
It’s a promo for the conference. They said they wanted to edit it, so I did just a rough edit for them to play with.
Spent most of the day going through the donor tax letters that Ashley had printed up.
Did the labels. Found the address. Put the label on that specific donor’s letter/envelope and put the return label on it.
Went to the Post Office to get stamps.
Stamped the letters and got them in the mail.
Ate a burger then came home to watch Doc Martin and Longmire with K.

We had a meeting with our Quickbooks expert today. Ashley is so smart and with some good guidance she learns super fast.
I had the best part, holding P!
Today was the first time I’ve fed her a bottle. She was a delight.
The girls and I went to Azalea to pick Jesse up for lunch. We enjoyed delicious Brazilian food.
Went to Sabra Management. We want to set up a lunch meeting with them to square away a couple of minor problems.
To the office to check on mail and take care of baby.
Went to Lowes to make extra keys for the mission at Azalea.
Worked with the kids at the mission. 8 times tables this week.
Isn’t Ashley looking great!? All that working out is paying off.
Took Ashley back home. Glad to see that Miles is getting around ok. I was pretty worried about his foot.

Kathy and I watched the first episode of Doc Martin. I like that show.
