Did my regular brain training and studied Spanish. Does it sound boring writing about it every day? That’s what progress is based on.

Spent several hours working on our health insurance with Tim Dieter and Jesse.

The alarms were alarming. Think we’ve got it all squared away now so that’s a relief.

I had lunch with Jesse always fun.

Took my car to get the brake light repaired.

Also had them check my battery. I’ve had it go dead on me several times over the last few months. Sure enough it needs replacement. The good news is since I bought it less than two years ago, I get a new one free!

Got the groceries.

Using a heating pad for my back. Seems to be helping.

Enjoying playing Borderlands 3.

Went to Westside this morning. Was good to see brother Roger there playing piano today.

I rode my bike 12.13 miles.

I blew off the roof and gutters one more time. Hopefully the last for the year.

I also put a tarp over the area that seemed a bit weak. That should keep it from deteriorating any more till my roofers can get to it.

Had a fun lunch with my good friend Jon Paul today. Always interesting conversation.

Checked the mail and deposited checks.

Had a meeting with my health insurance guy. Some potential problems. Pray that the issues will be resolved easily.

Went to the mission to help the kids with their homework.

Then they helped us with the labels.

Got everything into the mail.

Had a meeting with the president of my board and his wife is also this evening. Good times.

Enjoyed time with the grand girls, Kathy, and Jess. We had pancakes at IHOP. Was very good.

My back is hurting today from all the strenuous yard work. Didn’t spend as much time with the grand girls as I normally do. I struggled to pick them up at all. Still a good time together.

Gas on the way home.

Helped the kids at the mission. Big group today.

Checked the mail and dropped off the newsletters to the secretary.

Gassed up my car.

Came home and blew the driveway and the the deck. It looks like almost all the leaves are blowing off the trees. That’s good news.

Cleaned off the battery terminal this afternoon.

Did a 17.02 mile bike ride. Beautiful weather.

Came home to rest. My back was a little bit sore after all the raking yesterday.
