Podcast! Calls! 1.3.21

Tim A. Cummins @ 9:01 pm

Kevin Kelly is one of my heroes. Here’s a quote list that he likes from 2020.

Studied Spanish.

Brain Training.

I copied the edition of Verbal Surgery I recorded yesterday onto my Mac.

Cooler weather again.

Went to Stone Mountain. Great talk with my buddy Anthony.

While I was there, I also recorded a new episode of Verbal Surgery called, “Transition Position.”

I’ve been studying when we can get the Covid vaccine.

I emailed my insurance agent about the best type of HSA/FSA for our situation. I need to know before I set things up with the bank.

Podcast! Newsletter! 1.2.21

Tim A. Cummins @ 8:30 pm

It’s pretty exciting to be in a state that is going to make THIS much difference. Wow.

I thought this was cool.

Studied Spanish.

Duolingo regularly puts material in their course, but it will introduce something that starts back at Level One, which for me is too easy. There’s a big difference between Level One and Level Five!

Did my brain training.

Made the grocery order. Unfortunately, I pushed the wrong button and had to go to Memorial Drive Walmart to pick up my stuff. No big deal.

I told Jesse about this so the situation could be taken care of.

Ashley is helping me set up the HSA properly for this year for our health insurance.

Mild day.

Went to Stone Mountain to make calls and record an episode of Verbal Surgery called “Tiny Signage.”

I found this on the ground at Global Mall.

I like my new calendar.

Kathy has had issues with her fingernails when washing dishes at work. I ordered these for her. I think they’ll help a lot.

Produced the newsletter.

Sunset beauty.

Worked on labeling the envelopes for the newsletter. The actual newsletter probably won’t be available for pick up till Wednesday.

Stuffing the envelopes. Soon we’ll have the letters in the mail.

New Year! Podcast! Calls! Newsletter! 1.1.21

Tim A. Cummins @ 3:38 pm

I must be getting old. I went to sleep at 9:30pm. Set my alarm for 11:55pm. Woke up to the alarm, saw it turn to midnight, and promptly went back to sleep. I was glad that NYC didn’t have a huge super spreader crowd.

Studied Spanish.

Did my brain training. Did great.

Here’s more information on that discipline.

Released the first episode of Verbal Surgery in 2021! Edition -818- “The Best of the Story.”

Mileage.

Got stamps at the Post Office and mailed a letter to a friend in Montana. I only use the self-service machine.

Went to Stone Mountain to make calls.

Had a great talk with my buddy Caruso in Italy.

Caught up with my Mom.

Wrote my newsletter for this month.

Came home to start working on labels and production of the letter.
