Cleaned my hummingbird feeders. I really thought they had gone South, but something seems to be drinking it.
Repaired a crack (I hope!) in one of my birdbaths.
Refilled my other birdbaths.
Folded and stuffed the newsletters and added a stamp.
Pulling out of my driveway to put the letters in the mail the ball joint in my front will broke off. Huge CLUNK! Had to get it towed to Garmon which are my new car guys.
Walked to Young World to pick up Kathy’s truck. Gassed her truck up, mailed the newsletters.
Added oil to her truck.

Walked 3.19 miles. Seventeen hills. This walking regime is so much harder than just walking around the neighborhood. Even going down is kind of hard.
Talked with my friend Andrew Toney. He’s bringing a team into town on Saturday. Looking forward to that!
Although I just realized I’ll miss Penelope’s last game. Bummer.
Returned shoes to Amazon for K. I ordered a couple of sizes larger plus wide mode. I also sent back a shirt I think we ordered by mistake.
Saw a voicemail I had with Ryan Hooper. He’s like my little brother from Kenya days. I enjoyed our conversation so much. GREAT to get in touch with family.
Picked up the girls at the bus. They got to talk with Ryan a bit. Went to Waffle House. Astonishing how much food Penelope can put down.
Took the shoes and shirt to UPS to get it in the mail. They have a station where you can scan the item in, put it in a bag and seal it with the label. UPS takes it straight to Amazon. The UPS people don’t even touch the packages. WAY better than standing in line just to hand the stuff to the guy behind the counter.
I took the newsletters over to FBC Doraville to let Renae make copies for us.
Went to the Post Office to get stamps. The self service kiosk was out of ink and couldn’t print. I went straight in, no line at all. Super rare. Told the mailman about the problem but went ahead and bought stamps.
Penelope is trying to help me find a Roblox name.
Helped the kids at the mission.
Two days down. Three to go. Seven years ago I never had to go in.
Listened to Don Cheto.
Checked the mail at my office.
Beautiful day. Started to get chilly with a lot of wind.
Got the groceries. I really wanted to get more cough drops, but somehow I didn’t get them on the order. I may have ordered them too late to pick up today.

I tweaked my back and had a headache all morning long. Not sure what was going on. Took a nap after I ate with Jon. Felt better after that. Still didn’t get to go out an enjoy the great weather.
I have potential jury duty next week. I signed up for text information from the jury web site last time. I reckon it’s still in effect because it sent me information.
Changed our Mint Mobile amount to just 5GB per month. Should be enough.

I saw this weird root like thing on this tree. It was about three feet up. The tree is dying.

Took the grandgirls to Pho 24. It’s one of our favorite places, but it’s gotten quite expensive especially to what it used to cost.
Helped the kids at the mission. She drew me the picture.
Deposited checks. Amen. It’s amazing how much better I feel when the bank account has more money.

I’ve been ordering my groceries on line and picking them up for over three years now. BUT I still have to go inside to get bananas. For some reason the app doesn’t have that item.

Worked on cleaning off the glue residue from tape I had put there.
Cleaned the glass front door.
Walked 2.91 miles.
Sixteen hills.
Cleaned the leaves off the room and blowing the gutters. Solidly in the work category.
I like the way I stacked these limbs.
Many leaves landed on the deck.
Worked out with the blower .55 miles.
Driveway was next.

House sure looks better with the roof and driveway blown. The gutters were completely blocked by tree debris
I didn’t have enough time to take a shower before I went to the mission. Bahd luck. It was cool enough so luckily I didn’t sweat much.
I listened to Guatevision TV. They are now in the third week of protests. It started October 2nd while I was in Panajachel, Guatemala. I know the people are having a hard time. I saw video of the stores. Looked like almost all the shelves were empty.
The girls enjoyed singing and acting out this dance.
Watered the Pink Magnolia sapling. She sure has had a rough go. That white powder mildew really did a number on her. I think she’ll survive.
Helped the kids a the mission. Had a long talk with one of the girls about truancy.
Cleared out the trash can in my office. Picked up checks. Amen. Depositing those will be a tomorrow job.
We took the girls over to Miles’ folks house. Then came on home. Unfortunately, my stomach started acting up. Had some diarrhea. My guess is was from all the junk food I ate last night.
Played games. Nice nap.
Studied Spanish. I’ll come in the top ten. Can’t believe how much competition there was in the league this week.
