Number one is solidly taken. Second and third could be tight.

First day of School for Penelope and Everly. P had her main teacher take maternity leave starting today. Wow.

Stacy and Tami Hickle brought a group from Dandridge, GA to visit. Always a blessing.

Everly was especially happy to see her friend Kyndal again!

We met them over at the Buford Highway Farmers Market. We also went to Chinatown for a quick visit.

Took the girls home after we finished with the team. Never too much Ashley! Everly was still sad that her friend had left.

As far as I know, this is the first team for 2027. I started at new folder on Google Drive for the info.

I did more research on the amulet I wear around my neck. I enjoy learning Hebrew.

It’s been a tight race this week. We both worked harder because of the competition.

K and I took PE to Huntley Hills Elementary for their Open House to get ready for the new school year.

We got to see their rooms and meet their teachers.

Went to FBC Doraville to drop off supplies for the church and to make the copies of my newsletter.

Ate lunch at Matthews in Tucker.

Stuffed the envelopes with the newsletter and dropped them off at the Post Office in Chamblee.

Went on our final trip to Stone Mountain for the summer. Rode the cable car. Kind of scared them.

We hiked around at the top. Very hazy. Came back down and went to the water park in the Stone Mountain Village. It’s always been closed in the past. They had fun. Something different.

Meds to pick up for J.

Took Nana to the eye doctor. There was a slight hemorrhage of blood in her left eye, but she couldn’t tell that her vision had gotten worse since the last visit a month ago.

One of the fastest round trips we’ve ever had. We left around 10:15 AM. Back in less than three hours and that includes stopping at Bojangles for lunch.

Got in touch with our insurance agent about my Mom’s dental coverage.

The AC unit for the sun room area in our house arrived. J and I will get it set up soon.

We had a ton of recycle. A box got stuck in the dumpster and only half the recycle was taken last week. I spread it out this time to make sure it all goes.

A friend of mine wants to put Whirlwind Missions in their data base.

Hot.

K and I took PE to the Mtn Pk Aquatic Center. We had a good time.

Fun lunch with PEKJ at Waffle House. Hadn’t been there in a long time.

Washed towels and washcloths and put them up.

Picked up groceries. Hardest part was putting up the dog food and bird seed. The bags were nearly fifty pounds each. I usually fill up half a bag at the bottom of the can and then put half of the new bag on top.

Got a new screen protector for P’s tablet.

Keep going.

We’ve been using Mint for three years now. Seems to be getting better.

A friend of mine contacted me about a book he’s working on. I’m not interested in reading and writing a review of it.

I’m always interested in finding movies to study with.

I need to go pick up this medicine for J.

Ordered another AC unit for the kitchen/laundry room area.

Recorded a new episode of Verbal Surgery called “Anger Issues.” I need this one.
