Had lunch with Jesse and Kathy today! Fun!

J and I went to talk to some folks at a retirement home and at a rehab clinic about a Pain Control seminar I’m offering. It’s amazing to me how much your imagination and concentration can influence the perception of pain! I dressed up to talk to the doctors.

Went to the mission to work with the kids at the mission. Always fun!

The Pileated Woodpecker is one of my favorite birds! Jarin did a great job on this.

Home now to work on admin duties and to watch the Quantum Activist.
