I transplanted the banana plants into the planters I made. First, I had to get the board I use as a ramp. The gorilla cart can then go into the house with the plants.
I drilled holes into the bottom of the planters I made. I had to make a hole in the garbage bag to allow for drainage. Unfortunately, I hit the trash bag and gummed up the bit. Took a while to get it cleaned off and functional again.
I had to cut each bag in order to allow for drainage.
I mixed the soil really wet.
I then build a wall of dirt around the center. That gap is where I put the plant.
My gorilla cart is so useful.
I need to get more lighting in this area.
Swept and mopped the green house area.
Blew the driveway and street.
Dried the equipment out, gloves and shoes.
It was a lot of effort and steady work.
I will come in sixth place this week. Sometimes I get a lot of good students in one bunch.

I had a lot of fun at the No Kings protest. Large proportion of seniors in this group. Made sense because it was an older section of Atlanta, Tucker to be precise.
I walked at the very first of the parade. I was constantly talking with the crowd right alongside the leader. Eventually, she asked me to carry to portable amp, which I did. A few minutes later she gave me the microphone and I became the leader of the No King Rally for about an hour. It reminded me of being in the Homecoming parade at Baylor with the NoZe Brotherhood. Serious, but funny.
It was about a 2 mile loop in all.
On the way home, I stopped at Lowes and got four bags of potting soil. I’ll use them to fill in the containers I built for the banana plants. I got the back of the Lincoln prepped for carrying the bags with heavy duty trash bags.
I blew the deck, then came downstairs to prep my room for the newest addition to the Sanctum.
It’s a stationary bike by Yosuda. It was on sale for $169 down from $250.
Hard to believe the scores of the first five people.

I’m looking forward to participating in the No Kings Rally tomorrow in Tucker, GA.
I’m planning on transplanting my banana plants into pots soon. I’m watching videos and looking at plant zone maps. I was not happy with the epithet the President put on the website.
I’m a peace and love, tree-hugging hippy at heart.
When I get stuck in Borderlands 4, I watch videos by people who have figured it out.

Did the laundry. Put them up and dried K’s shoes.
Got some antiseptic and zinc vitamins for K.
K and I took Nana out to eat and to her hair appointment.
K got her truck detailed. They had to work extra hard to get the carpet clean. It looked like she had stepped in tar or just laid down asphalt. He used paint thinner to get it out.
I talked to Tim Deter’s wife about our health insurance.
Listened to Don Cheto. I get a lot of it, but the humor I rarely understand. It’s fun to listen to while I’m biking.
I rode 12.37 miles in 1:24. The fitness goal is 2:30 hours per week.
My current score would usually put me second or third most weeks.

I got about six hours of sleep last night between doing a lot of pooping. We got to the colonscopy place around 10am. I had the procedure done around 12:15pm. They cut out three small polyps. from 4 to 6 mm. That’s about 1/4″, so very small. Dr. Coe said to come back in five years. That sounds positive.
This looks to be the largest protest in American history. No Kings!

Downloaded the documents to change the beneficiaries for my Mom’s accounts. Also filled out the new title for the Lincoln. Hopefully, I’ll get that done on Monday morning. Needed the odometer reading.
Mixed up the prep for the colonoscopy. Turned out not tasting too bad. Amen for that.
Made a schedule to follow.
Wasn’t sure about the second prescription in my kit. The nurse said some people had another preference than Miralax.
Helped my Mom locate her winter socks. Not hard to find.
Set up my health portal for the colon doctors.
Checked out where the doctor’s office is for the procedure.
Keep going.

The grandgirls spent the night. Around noon, Miles’ Dad came over to pick them up. He had been sick. Already missing them.

I built planters for my banana plants using laundry baskets and contractor grade trash bags.
This morning I called Nana’s eye doctor to confirm her appointment. The appointment turned out to be for November 4th. Glad we didn’t drive there for nothing!
Got some feedback about my response to having a “buffet” approach for the Mission Day at PCBC. Glad he wasn’t upset with me.
I can’t believe the level of competition this week! Usually, my score would be near the top.
I’ve enjoyed resting and playing Borderlands 4 this afternoon.

Three days before the colonoscopy procedure. I was notified that I am at genetic risk of colon problems. I already knew that. Glad I’m going for the check up.

I got the equipment to transplant my banana plants for the winter.
Played my guitar and Spark amp last night.

Ordered groceries.
Repainted the bottom of the door where the veneer came off. I did a second coat after this one.
Cleaned the birdbaths and refilled the feeding stations. Glad to see that we’re getting some birds back and the squirrels can’t get at the food. So happy.
Talked to the International Mission Board and to Guidestone about my Mom’s retirement money. We have some forms to fill out to make me and Jim the beneficiaries.
Recorded a new episode of Verbal Surgery Saturday called “Generation Machine.” I released it today.
I printed out a list of what my Mom’s containers hold.
Beautiful day!
Every went with me to pick up the groceries.
We like making the long shadow shots. The stripes made it look especially cool.
We enjoyed getting treats. I call the girls “honey bun” a lot.
She scanned and I bagged.
She got us another pumpkin. It’s a big one named, “Ava.”
Picked up the groceries and put them up.
I’ll probably be in the top five this week. Really smart students.

It’s the anniversary of the wedding of my buddy Amit in England. They are some great guys.
Kathy and I went to Peachtree Corners Baptist Church. It was great to see old friends like Bennett Eckandem.
K and I enjoyed going to Bobby’s Cheeseburgers for lunch. I’m going on the colonoscopy fast for the next three days.
Went to Ashley’s house to pick up the girls. Look at this dress she’s creating!
Went back to FBCD to put up my supplies for the On The Road Show. Checked the mail.
We took K back home and then the girls and I went to Stone Mountain for the Pumpkin Festival “Glow by Night.”
It was groovy.
The funnel cake was awesome.
4D movie. The pcture wasn’t set up correctly and the images didn’t match up properly. The left eye was a slightly higher than the image in the right eye. Messed up the 3D effects.
I always find a way to get them some exercise, particularly focusing on strength and balance.
We found a hairbrush with Penelope’s name on it. I don’t think we’ve ever found anything with her name on it before. And of course Everly’s name is even rarer.
We had fun playing Death Golf. It was a joke from the Fire Queen show. She called one of the devices she used “The Wheel of Death.” Sometimes I did the ball like I was bowling. Or pool. I did make a hole in one on my first shot of the game! I played it off like it was no big deal.
They enjoyed rolling down the hill on their big lawn. Got a tad bit of grass in their hair.
I love the effects you get from shooting in this lighting.
I enjoy doing my “swishy lights” effect. You have to shoot and move the camera at the same time. Whipping your hand around. I think the effect can be fabulous.
Black light teeth.
Beauty.

I will take this furniture out of here too. Someone else could really use them.
I’ll be moving plants inside this area soon. I’m working on fabricating a container for my banana plants from heavy duty garbage bags and plastic laundry baskets.
Went to Goodwill to drop off the stuff in the car.
Listened to Don Cheto during my 12.43 mile bike ride. 1:25 time.
My Mom wants to listen to the TV through headphones. I figured out how to install the Roku app on her iPhone and how to pair it with earbuds. Sounds great!
I’m learning how to do the Codes for Borderlands 4.

After having a problem with the key fob yesterday, I figured out how to render one of them inactive by putting the batteries in with the poles apart. Then I put it in a hide a key to store under the car. I put the key inside a sock which I attached with neodymium magnets so they won’t fall off.
Chilly this morning.

Fun chat with my buddy, Anthony! Always a good time. Part of our conversation revolved around studying scales on the guitar.
