I left a key with the group leader from Florida. I asked him to put it in our mailbox/lock box after they leave on Thursday night. Made sure the Deacon knew what was going on.

Took the team on Safari to the BAPS Temple, Kitab Bookstore and Global Mall.
Picked the grandgirls up at the bus and took them to Taco Veloz.
Seems like I’m scheduling medical appointments a lot.
Deposited checks. Thank you, Father. I really appreciate it.
Deepstash.
Listened to Don Cheto on the way home.
Had a fun time with the teams today. Took them on Safari.
Ministry with the kids. It’s their last day at the Missions!

Got a nice note from one of the team leaders from last week.
Set up the Fellowship Hall to handle lunch for the church members after the funeral. The Florida team will use six of the tables for lunch and dinner the rest of the week.

We had drizzle and snow flurries this afternoon. I think the Florida team was kind of amazed by it. Me too!
Got a text from a prospective team. Always good.
I gave him a thumbs up.
Picked up the grandgirls and took them to Burger King and White Windmill.
Listened to Don Cheto.
Always gathering information.
Temps are really dropping. And the wind!
I sent a check to pay for my tax return: $365. No way I could have done it without their expertise. Still not sure the housing allowance was done correctly. I sent an email to Lamar to ask if he’d looked at it to make sure it was right. We’ll see.
I seem to be ok with being in the top ten.
Had a great time with Southshore Community Church from Sarasota, FL. Very enthusiastic. Not sure what they thought about the weather, but they seemed to appreciate the kids.

I sent a message to the team leader for next week’s trip but it never got to him. It was sent to the work phone number rather than his cell number. I got that sorted out now.
OYB!

Added a team to our schedule in April from Birmingham.
Updated the cell numbers.

Good talk with my buddy, Anthony.
I’ve enjoyed a rest day. Had fun playing Arc Raiders.
Keep going.
I’ve had some issues with my desktop version of Smugmug. Not sure what’s going on. I contacted Smugmug.

I finished editing and uploading the third team’s video this morning.
OYB!
Got in touch with Don Howard this morning.

The girls spent the night since they didn’t have school today. We went to Hot and Cold for lunch.
I timed them running.
Tried to get in touch with her, but wasn’t able to.
I was able to get the CT scan set up for K. We will have to go back to the Duluth office to pick up the disk of K’s previous scan. What a hassle.
Lots of stuff to track.
I’m having trouble uploading pictures to Smugmug through my desktop MacAir. Mobile works fine. Weird. I took this picture as a test.
I wrote the Thank You letters to the three teams. They include links to all the photo galleries and to the video. When I’ve sent those letters off, I consider the team “complete.”
Trying to get a head start on the food orders for the teams next week.
We visited Plaza Fiesta. Always cool things to see and eat!
I need to get K scheduled for her CT Scan for her lung.
Chilly today.
Processed and deposited checks. Thank you so much, Father!
After I left the teams, I set up the chairs, cleaned up and threw away trash.
I set up each chair with what they’ll need.
I picked up groceries on the way home. I had the grandgirls with me! I also gassed up the car and checked the oil.
I edited two of the three videos. It’s hard to keep the three different teams separate when you’re making the final video. I have to keep lists of all the people so I can verify who’s in which video.
I had a meaningful time with the teams this morning. It’s our D-Day. Dedication Day.
We ate at Plaza Fiesta. I need to find a better place for these guys to eat. It’s just kind of hard with thirty people. Place has to be pretty big.

I’m running my MacBook Air for the entire Show off of the battery. Seems to be handling it well.
Richard Feynman is one of my heroes. What a genius!

The ride to work in the morning has been interesting. I’ve had a lot of driving through neighborhoods rather than on the highway. I like seeing all the plants starting to turn green and bloom.
I thought this was interesting.
I verified that my tax package had gotten to my tax guys. That’s always a relief. I paid $33 for an overnight delivery and they actually accomplished that. Wow.
Español! Just in case you wondered, that’s over six years without missing a day of studying Spanish. It has really paid off.
I always enjoy taking the teams on Safari. Today we ate at Hibachi Grill and traveled around Kitab bookstore, Al Madina grocery store and Global Mall. We went to the store that sells idols and to the Ganesha temple at Global Mall.
Listened to Don Cheto during the drive.
When I’m pressed for time during the weeks with teams, I’m just reading the sentences on Duolingo. I do repeat them in my mind, but not out loud while looking at the English sentence.
Had a great time with the teams at the missions.
